Reston Limousine is a 27-year-old family owned, employee focused passenger transportation company and the largest in the Washington, DC area. We are growing and searching for a Reservationist for handling inbound calls and inside sales as a part of our Sales Team. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with experience in passenger transportation, leisure, travel, hospitality or corporate sales.

The Reservationist provides professional sales operations support to answer and manage incoming sales and customer service related calls from a variety of sources. All Reservationist must provide professional, courteous, resourceful support to all incoming calls. Reservationists must be proficient in relevant computer applications, sales and customer service policies and practices, technology, data entry, and operational processes. Attention to detail is necessary to manage complexity of customer needs. All Reservationist are considered essential personnel.

  • Experience in passenger transportation a plus



  • Answer and qualify inbound calls and emails into the sales call center utilizing standards
  • Provide clients with detailed quotes for transportation services and book requests for transportation in reservation system
  • Refine itinerary details with clients
  • Follow-up on all quotes and maintain pipeline reports
  • Follow and adhere to the sales process
  • Respond to service issues that arise with client reservations in a timely fashion
  • Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system
  • Interface with operational departments (dispatch, affiliates, events) in an effective manner
  • Participate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care
  • Other duties as assigned


  • At least 1 year of inside sales experience selling service related solutions
  • Must be able to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound requests
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate between departments
  • Efficiently assist customers with their reservation needs
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and Windows base software
  • High School Diploma, college degree preferred
